All returns must be initiated by email. An RMA is required for each return. You can initiate a return for new and unopened items within 30 days of the delivery confirmation date. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original contents included in the shipment. We must receive your returned items in our warehouse within 30 days of the delivery confirmation date. All packages must be inspected prior to use and washing. All returns are subjected to final approval once received and inspected.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused & unwashed or a credit will not be issued. You can expect your credit within 4 weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases, you will receive a store credit beforehand, but an estimate of 4 weeks due to a time required for return shipping (up to 14 days) and product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your credit.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Mattress Return Policy:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Note: Credit will not be issued without the return tracking to show return was delivered back.
Returns take some time to process and confirm the reason chosen is correct, therefore, credits can take up to 15 business days from the date the item is delivered back. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and the credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Obtaining a Return Authorization Number:
Prior to ANY Return, these four steps will ensure a smooth process.
These essential steps pertain to ANY and ALL Returns.
A. You MUST contact us for approval.
B. We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number.
C. You will be issued Shipping Instructions.
D. All returns must be shipped freight pre-paid. Freight will only be credited for our errors.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once we have received this information, we will file a claim with the shipper or manufacturer on your behalf, and you will be given the option to have a replacement sent or receive full refund.
